Her experience in consulting and leading business idea development processes comes from the startup world, where she is active in the role of mentor and advisor.
Vladimir Vulić
Digital Transformation Strategist
Vladimir is a digital transformation strategist., co-founder of Digitalizuj.Me and the Program Director of Spark.me conference. He teaches the course ‘Transforming Business in the Digital Era’ at the COTRUGLI Business School (E)MBA program and has been recognised as ‘Project Manager of the Year’ by the Association of Montenegrin Managers. With 12 years of experience teaching Strategic Management at the University of Montenegro, he has been a keynote speaker in 20 countries across 4 continents, from Peru to Taiwan and also a three-time TEDx speaker.
Nadica Milanović
Project Manager
Nadica, as a project manager at ICT Hub, uses her knowledge and extensive experience in various business areas to implement projects and programs related to corporate innovation. It's always valuable to hear real examples from practice, and Nadica has plenty of them, as she was responsible for leading the startup program and establishing innovation processes in a large corporation.
Filip Ilić
Startup Community Developer
As a long-term member of the startup ecosystem of Serbia, Filip is actively engaged in the creation and implementation of several programs focused on startups in various stages of development. In addition to his core role in the ICT Hub, where he provides support through these programs, Filip also works to form and develop a community made up of startup founders, employees, investors, other support organizations, as well as other interest groups that make up the startup ecosystem. All this is aimed at facilitating and accelerating the development of innovative ideas. He especially enjoys mentoring and educating young teams and individuals who are just entering the world of startup entrepreneurship.
Luka Prišunjak
Innovation Consultant
Luka has been in the startup world since 2014, when he became the first employee in our successful startup FishingBooker. He worked on various startup programs as well as on the development of sales support programs for startups. Luka's specialization is the validation process, and he mostly works with teams on finding problem-solutions and product-market fit. The process of finding the first testers and users, and adapting the product to the needs of the market. This specialization is a good fit for both, startups and corporates and he has experience in helping teams grow but also helping corporates create new products.
Đurđa Đukić
Head of Innovation Consultancy
Đurđa contributes to the development and strengthening of innovation capacities, practices and culture in a business organization. She is helping companies to reach their innovation objectives through designing innovation processes and tools, and coaching project teams to develop user-centric solutions using Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and other methodologies. She has co-designed and implemented a variety of educational programs for intrapreneurs across the industries and led various innovation projects that were aimed at creating value for company and customers.

Bojan Popić
Innovation Consultant
Bojan is a business and innovation consultant who helps companies gain a broader perspective, focus on users, and create exceptional products. In the first part of his career, he spent over 10 years working for startups worldwide, actively participating in all stages of business - from product conceptualization and creation to product launch and customer satisfaction. In recent years, Bojan has been sharing his knowledge, skills, and experience with startups through mentoring, coaching, and strategy development. Additionally, he assists corporations in internal and external innovation programs, helping them realistically assess their strengths and weaknesses and work on their adaptability and agility.
Verica Đukić
Junior Innovation Consultant
Verica currently works at ICT Hub as a Junior Consultant within the Innovation Consultancy Unit. She began her career in film and theater production, as well as marketing, and she leverages her experience and skills to apply them to the world of innovation. She claims that the process of developing a startup and working in film are not very different, and she is developing new skills in the field of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
