Defining the user’s problem

Tackling the perennial business enigma – are we solving the real problem of our users and customers? Learning about the principles of Design Thinking methodology and the ways it functions and also how to implement it in the business world.

Creating the right product

Creating the right solution for the users and turning it into a product or a service that the market actually needs. Designing the right value proposition and getting to know the Lean Startup Methodology in order to test ideas and hypotheses that they are based on.

Designing the product the right way
